RA Connect Weirdness (v2022.1)
Howdy, gang. I have a real head-scratcher. After upgrading to v2022.1 Relius Connect randomly refuses, to well, allow connections. "Service Authorization Failure" is the only message provided. It seems completely random. I wrote a test app that hit the GetPlanData() endpint 1k times in a loop with the exact same parameters each loop. About 95% of the time i got back the datasets I expected. The other 5% was the error above, no rhyme or reason, no discernable pattern.
Reached out to FIS, thier best guidance was to build a new web server.....
Anyone encounter this?

Woodie, John, Doug, were are you seeing these errors getting logged? For the past 3 weeks we built a dedicated RA Connect server just for iJoin, and they say that they are still seeing timeouts with syncs. I want to see if we have the same errors getting logged.
