Mine are fairly close. I have 475 MB memory limit for our site and 375 MB for the API. I also have 4 workers for each. Think I read somewhere that I good rule of thumb is one worker per CPU core.

Legacy Relius install possible
Is there anyone with info regarding FIS licensing for Read only Relius standalone install?
I'm planning to reach out but would like to be fore-warned

By "Moving on" do you mean you are transitioning to another recordkeeping system? If your FIS agreement stipulates that you have perpetual licenses for Relius Admin and Oracle (assuming you purchased Oracle EE via FIS), you should be able to run Relius and Oracle without support and without the right to upgrade.
