Is anyone actively using the DIRTYFLAGS table to identify job status / plan status issues / or any other issue ahead of time in order to avoid / address future potential issues?

We don't have a specific purpose in mind with exception to identifying potential issues ahead of time - if the table is geared to provide that information with the right understanding of the codes etc.
