Crystal Report Performance Issues
Just an FYI, if you run into Crystal Report performance issues that involve a custom command, we have had luck with putting the custom command into an Oracle view and then using that view within the Crystal Report.

@john.difini thanks for the input! The last nut we really have left to crack is that Relius seems to be a bit ancient with their email config. Looks like it will only use smtp relay on port 25. We are trying to get it to use secure ports, TLS 1.2 but it doesnt want to play nice. stay tuned
