Online Inservice Withdrawal Issue
We just made In-Service withdrawals available on the web for plans; however, we are unable to get past the General Information screen on CSR Web. When we get to the General Information screen and click 'Next', it just loops right back to that screen.
We do not allow Sponsor profile to request distributions/withdrawals, but we do allow Participant & CSR profiles. We haven't had this issue on the demo plan we've been testing with; however, on a real plan it is not working as expected. We've double checked our VRU/Web Settings and are not finding an obvious difference.
Has anyone had a similar experience or have any advice of a screen/field we might be overlooking?
