Experienced TPA Attorney / Firm (for File & Data Retention Policy Work)
We are looking for any recommendations for a Attorney / Firm that has previoulsy focused on and is knowledgeable in the TPA side of the industry for the purpose of establishing / refining our File & Data Retention Policies
Some of our enquiries thus far have resulted in speaking to Attorneys / Firms who have been more specialized in the Sponsor Aspect.
Anyone have any recommendations?
