Schwab Trade Export - NON 12/31 PLAN YEAR PLANS affected
We now have two plans that have had a new fund (to the plan) added in the past 30 days. The funds however have been current in other plans - so they are not newly created funds in Relius.
Currently, we have two OFF CALENDAR PLAN YEAR plan ids - that when we run the STP Trade Build and Export job, the files cut off mid process at the first instance of the plan/fund combination. All trades for the trade agent move to Pending but the resulting file is missing anything with an order id after the trade with that plan/fund combination. (ie 1000 trade lines are thought to have been generated by Relius, but the trade file to Schwab only has 542 rows)
We have reverted to running this process manually (Schwab export trades utility ) and when run, the attached error prompts "Schwab Interface No records with Planid = xxx123 found in PlanInvest table", but we are able to click through with the entire file being built without issue.
It appears that the STP process is unable to 'click through the error / warning' in an automated manner. The funds DO exist in PLANINVEST and the error does not appear to be a true indication of the actual problem.
We've added other funds to other conventional 12/31 PYE plans WITHOUT this issue occurring.
Has anyone else had this happen and have a solution?
