Statement Notification Email Best Practices? Unsubscribe? 3rd Party Emailers?
We are currently reassessing how we notify our participants of their ‘Statement available on the portal’ email that is generated at the time when we generate and post to web.
I’d like to improve our ‘Bulk emailing practices’ and am perturbed that either a) Relius does not have an unsubscribe function b) or that I am missing it in my review.
How are you managing the Statement Notification emails to your participants?
Do you do this at the time of posting statements to the web and use Relius?
Do you do this afterwards using the messaging function / STP?
How to you manage bulk emailing practices? Ie. Placing an Unsubscribe link on the email?
Do you use Relius to email at all? Or do you use an 3rd party email service like Mailchimp or one of the other similar services?
