Hi - I'm faced with the age-old, buy vs build question about our billing system. Our current billing system needs to be rewritten. The rewrite will be a huge undertaking for what should be a commodity system. My concern is that if we bought an off-the-shelf billing system, we'd have so many special cases that we'd spend a lot of time and money on what would eventually become a fraken-system.

What is your company using for its billing system? Custom build? Zuora? NetSuite SuiteBilling? NetSuite Invoice Processing? (as if we would want to pay even more money to Oracle 😁) Others?
