Who uses Relius Communications and the Investment Data Downloads ?

We are running 2021.0.0

We are licensed for both, but our utility is only updating our funds, not our benchmarks? We have followed the QSG and have all respective fields flagged. This is our first real month of using this utility.

Any ideas?
