International Cell Phone Numbers for MFA/OTP
Morning All,
How do you manage PPT's who reside outside of the USA for MFA / OTP purposes.
Obviously we can send the pin via email, but we have a client who wants their PPT's to be able to use their cell phones in the countries outside of the USA.
My assumption is 011 (Country Code) (Number) in Relius given that I cant enter + into census.
Anyone else successfully sending OTP codes to international cells ?

I have been updated by Relius on this .... in census, you can change the country code and put in the local number. While (tested) CSR can not send a pin, the ppt, can receive a pin while logging into the site.
