Firstly, is there a utility or automatic tool that Relius has to align email addresses with the selected notification option?

Example ....

If a participant deletes their office email address and inserts an address into their 'home' field, but fails to or does not select that they want to receive their emails to the 'home' preference, the preference then points to a non existent field (empty data). This could happen in any combination of home / office / other.

Also, if requesting/ resetting their credentials online, this misalignment causes a cyclical and annoying experience for the user.

We analyzed this globally - initially and discovered more than a couple of thousand misalignments.

I run a pretty quick process using Crystal / Excel & Access to identify participants with misaligned preferences versus email type content addresses in their email fields, and on average am aligning 100 participants a week (through DBviewer of course).

Anybody else doing this?
